What does Hello Nomad do with my Gmail?

We only set and clear your Gmail vacation responder during approved leave. We never read message contents.

Where do public holidays come from?

We use the location's public holiday calendar configured in Hello Nomad. Holidays are trimmed automatically from PTO that overlaps them.

What if I have multiple Google calendars?

Pick which calendar to sync to in settings. Default is the user's primary calendar.

What happens to my data when I disconnect?

OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted immediately. Existing calendar events are not removed automatically — clean them up manually if needed.
