Hello Nomad now sends a welcome-back email when a teammate returns from leave. The email summarises what they missed and links to any pending requests or notifications, so returning team members can get up to speed without digging through Slack threads.

Jira reassignment result notifications
After Hello Nomad reassigns Jira tickets at leave start, it now sends a result summary to the requester and coverer listing every issue that was moved. If any issue could not be reassigned (for example, due to a permissions boundary), the summary highlights it so nothing is missed.

Jira leave activity tracking
Hello Nomad records a log of every Jira action taken during a leave period — which issues were reassigned, when, and to whom. Admins can audit the complete Jira activity history for any leave request from the request detail view.

Public email unsubscribe flow
Team members can now unsubscribe from Hello Nomad email notifications using a one-click link in any email. The unsubscribe page is publicly accessible without requiring a login, so teammates who have lost access to their account can still opt out.

Workday validation on leave requests
Leave request dates are now validated against your location’s configured workdays and public holidays at submission time. If a request starts or ends on a non-working day, Hello Nomad surfaces a clear error rather than accepting the request and silently trimming it.

Dashboard leave cards — currently on leave and upcoming
The dashboard now shows two distinct cards: “Currently On Leave” lists teammates who are out today, and “Upcoming Leaves” shows approved requests starting in the next 30 days. Both cards filter correctly by team visibility so managers see only the people in their scope.

Business days on stat cards
Request count stat cards on the dashboard now show total business days alongside the raw request count, giving HR and managers a clearer picture of workload impact at a glance.

Duplicate dual-approval notification fix
When two approvers were both configured on a request, some workflows triggered duplicate notifications. This is resolved — each approver receives exactly one notification per request action.

Marketing site consolidated on main domain
The Hello Nomad marketing site — including all integration pages, pricing, and the Discover hub — now serves prerendered HTML from the main Railway deployment. Page load times on hellonomad.work are faster and all routes are correctly indexed by search engines.
